Current Opportunities

Our Values

We have more than 150 unique roles that help us reach our goals. Whether it’s by supporting the teams on the pitch in our coaching, medical, sport science, analytics, player recruitment or grounds teams or off the pitch, in departments such as venue and stadium operations, sponsorship, marketing, legal, finance and HR.

No matter what our teams do, they’re brave and decisive and always look for new ways to stand out from the crowd. Our Values are important to us.

Our Values

London Living Wage

We are proud to be a London Living Wage Employer. Our continued commitment as a Living Wage employer means we raised our minimum rate of pay in 2020.

We were also the first English professional football club to be accredited by the Living Wage Foundation.

Safeguarding

Chelsea Football Club are committed to creating a safe environment in which the welfare of children, young people and adults at risk are front and centre at the club. Safeguarding is of paramount importance and we expect all colleagues and persons associated with working at Chelsea to share this commitment.

We are committed to doing the right thing. Therefore, we require candidates to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service.

Our commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

At Chelsea we recognise that the diversity of our people is one of our greatest strengths and we are taking positive action to ensure our existing colleagues and job applicants can fully be themselves and bring their own unique experiences and perspectives to Chelsea FC. This means giving full and fair consideration to all applicants regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, marriage and civil partnership, and pregnancy and maternity. Alongside our No To Hate campaign, Chelsea FC takes all allegations of discrimination extremely seriously and encourages a culture where individuals feel they can seek out support if they ever witness or experience discrimination. In line with our responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010, Chelsea FC takes all allegations of discrimination extremely seriously and encourages a culture where individuals feel they can seek out support if they ever witness or experience discrimination.
