The Facilities Analyst is responsible for supporting and managing activities related to infrastructure, building maintenance, and general services, ensuring that work environments are safe, functional, organized, and efficient for employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and control preventive and corrective maintenance activities for office facilities.
- Manage and oversee outsourced service providers, including cleaning, maintenance, and general services.
- Monitor contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and performance indicators, ensuring quality, compliance, and service efficiency.
- Control costs, budgets, and the consumption of resources such as water and energy, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Receive, track, and follow up on internal requests related to infrastructure and general services, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support improvement initiatives, renovations, layout changes, and physical space organization projects.
- Maintain updated technical and administrative documentation, including contracts, reports, and maintenance records.
- Request, manage, and control the inventory of materials and supplies required for office operations.
- Support other functional areas as needed, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
- Act in a hands-on manner, supporting on-site activities and daily operational demands.
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, Logistics, or related fields.
- Previous experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or service administration.
- Solid knowledge of contract management, KPIs, budgeting, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Basic understanding of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations (NRs).
- Proactive, organized, and execution-oriented professional with a hands-on mindset

- Ability to re-locate to Rio de Janeiro.
