Your Matchday Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Hospitality team. As a Hospitality Host, you will:
- Be the face of the club within an allocated hospitality area.
- Give guests a warm welcome and goodbye as they arrive and depart from hospitality areas.
- Gather feedback from guests within your allocated hospitality area.
- Create a seamless link between the Hospitality Department, our catering partners, and matchday guests.
- Ensure that guests receive the highest possible standards of service and have an exceptional hospitality experience.
About You
You will have the following skills and experience
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience.
- The ability to resolve issues on the day.
- Provide a smooth and professional service to all guests in your allocated area, ensuring all their catering needs are met.
We need you to be flexible to work all home match days at St James Park, including cup games, European games, and any special events.

You’ll join a diverse and friendly team who come together to make matchdays special. Full training will be provided, and you’ll be supported by experienced supervisors and managers throughout.
