About this role:

If you have experience in a customer facing role or a passion for customer service – we want to hear from you! You will be engaging, enthusiastic and have a desire to be a part of the buzz and excitement of a matchday by being the face of our company and providing the best service to the customers within our premium hospitality areas.

Our match days are typically on Saturdays with some weekday, evening and Sunday matches and the typical shift day is 6-8 hours depending on the game.

Responsibilities:

- Presenting oneself in a smart, friendly and professional manner
- Being available to work a flexible schedule of Premier League and cup matchdays
- Meeting, greeting and making all guests feel welcome to the club’s premium areas
- Having a good knowledge of the stadium, Premium lounges and relevant seat locations and being willing and able to assist with any customer queries
- Engaging in friendly, professional and informative conversation with guests when appropriate
- Being confident to approach and be approached by clients when required to communicate essential matchday information
- Offering a warm welcome and friendly goodbye as clients arrive and leave each matchday
- Other duties and responsibilities as required by line manager.
- Upholding and promoting the Club’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities policies and procedures.

- Immaculate grooming standards and overall appearance
- Excellent, polite and courteous interpersonal skills
- Engaging and easy to talk to

- Mature and able to handle situations calmly and insightfully
- Can work in high pressure situations
