The Multimedia Content Manager is a one stop shop for gathering and delivering multiplatform content around the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027. The individual will pitch, shoot and edit stories that align with FIFA’s tournament objectives and FIFA’s broader mission. This is a hands-on role and requires a versatile, proactive, detail-oriented professional who is also an effective problem-solver.

Reporting to the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™ leadership team in Brazil and to FIFA’s Communications Division in Europe, the Manager will be expected to contribute to—and, where required, lead on key projects.

A core aspect of the role is to create and integrate content, social media, and video storytelling into a coherent, audience-first communications strategy that builds, sustains, and enhances fan engagement and public awareness of the tournament.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Pitch, shoot and edit video content for multiple platforms.
- Take high quality stills for internal use and wider distribution.
- Consistently generate and set up high impact stories which meet with FIFA’s objectives.
- Organise an effective archive for all footage gathered.
- Propose and manage integrated content plans that support fan engagement, deliver compelling content to media and stakeholders, strengthen the tournament narrative and reinforce the FIFA and FIFA Women’s World Cup™ reputation and image.
- Generate reports and provide insights that contribute to the continuous improvement of deliverables.

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in communications content production.
- Experience in covering corporate, news or sporting events.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Expertise in the use of professional photo and video cameras.
- Experience working with international teams is a plus.
- Right to work in Brazil.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Spanish language skills are an asset.
- Ability to re-locate to Rio de Janeiro.
