The main responsibilities and oversights of the Coordinator, Licensing & Retail – for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 27™ include:

- Assist in coordinating and managing licensing agreements with partners, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and timelines.
- Support the production and distribution of licensed merchandise, including coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
- Analyse sales data and generate reports on merchandise performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize sales strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gather insights on consumer preferences, trends, and potential opportunities for licensing and retail activities.
- Support the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns for licensed merchandise, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating inventory replenishment as needed.
- Provide operational support for retail partnerships, including coordinating product displays, ensuring brand compliance, and addressing partner inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Manage the product approval of different Licensees across the three phases: graphic, pre-production and production
- Support the maintenance of licensing and retail databases and systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in managing licensing and retail budgets, tracking expenses, and providing financial analysis and reporting.
- Support the coordination of licensing and retail-related events, such as trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities.

Competencies and personality

- Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge about Brazilian market trends
- Good understanding of product development, go-to-market processes, and retail distribution models
- Positive attitude, patience, persistent, eager and quick lerner.
- Good organizational and back-office skills
- Work experience in licensing & event retail across Brazilian market
- Bachelor’s Degree or similar level of education in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Management, etc.

Requirements

- Right to work in Brazil.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Ability to re-locate to Rio de Janeiro.
