Reporting to the Head of Broadcast FIFA27 and Senior Partnerships Services Manager in Zurich HQ, the Senior Media Partnerships Services Manager FIFA27 will assume crucial responsibility in overseeing and facilitating the provision of services to FIFA’s Media Partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee and coordinate the preparation of all aspects of services provided to FIFA’s Media Partners in the Host Country, excluding host broadcast production. This encompassing role includes accommodation, accreditation, catering, customs, filming permits, frequency licensing, logistics, transportation, venue access control, visas, work permits, site visits, and more.
- Contribute hiring and supervising the Media Partnerships Services Manager. Coordinate an event team consisting of 4-6 skilled staff members based at different stadiums.
- Maintain effective communication and work closely with the Zurich-based Relations and Services department.
- Forge collaborative partnership with the Host Broadcast Production colleagues to determine and implement optimal unilateral services across all broadcast venues (Stadiums, International Broadcast Coordination Center, FIFA Fan Fests, and beyond).
- Cultivate enduring relationships with key functional areas of FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™, fostering synergies and ensuring smooth operation of essential services.
- Work hand in hand with the Relations management team to address the specific needs of Media Partners during their visits to the Host Cities, providing comprehensive support throughout the preparation phase.
- Support organising various workshops as well as venue tours.
- Manage and coordinate services for numerous operations and milestone events leading up to the tournament, starting with the Draw in December 2026.
- Contribute actively to the seamless delivery of services during the tournament, always ensuring the highest standards of excellence

Education

- Master’s degree or similar higher education in Business and/or Sports Management or equivalent education.

Experience

- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the Sports industry is an advantage.
- Experience in Broadcast environment is an advantage.
- Experience of working in Brazil and knowledge of local culture will be an added benefit.
- Experience in major sports events, such as the FIFA World Cup ™ or other FIFA events will be an asset.

Certifications & Requirements

- Fluent in English and (Brazilian) Portugues. Any other language is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and online collaboration tools
- This position requires frequent travel to participate in meetings and venue tours.
- Right to work in Brazil.
- Ability to re-locate to Rio de Janeiro.
