We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Supporter Services Matchday Casuals, helping ensure every supporter enjoys a smooth, welcoming and memorable visit to Emirates Stadium.
This role places you at the heart of the supporter journey. As one of the faces of our club on matchdays, you will provide information, resolve queries and support stadium access to help create an outstanding experience for all visitors.

Your day-to-day
- Deliver best‑in‑class matchday support - you’ll work across a range of matchday positions including around the stadium, matchday box office, collections office, turnstiles, club level entrances and turnstile support, as well as providing telephone assistance when required
- Champion supporter care - you’ll offer friendly, professional support to supporters with varied needs, including ticketing queries, membership enquiries and accessibility assistance
- Ensure smooth stadium access- you’ll assist supporters at entry points, helping queues and access routes flow efficiently throughout the matchday
- Advise on our products and processes - you will maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of our memberships, ticketing procedures and wider supporter services offerings
- Resolve queries with confidence-you’ll handle supporter issues quickly and professionally while representing our club’s values at all times
- Operate to the highest standards - you will follow all relevant club policies, procedures and reporting processes to ensure consistent, safe and compliant operations
- Contribute to an inclusive matchday experience - you’ll help create a welcoming, positive environment by delivering warm, inclusive service to every supporter
