Job Overview
At Leeds United, we know that success on the pitch starts with strength behind the scenes.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering maximum system utilisation of the SeatGeek ticketing system, ensuring continued development and configuration of the system. You will test and implement new system features, to maximise sales and revenue opportunities, whilst ensuring a seamless user experience.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the system is configured and utilised in the best possible way to support our customer journey and enhance user experience.
What are some responsibilities?
Support with the implementation process across ticketing and hospitality systems, ensuring that systems are set up in the most effective way
Support with testing and implementation of any new system features and updates
Lead on the implementation of system related processes such as ballot applications, auto-renewals and cup schemes
Drive maximum system utilisation and ensure all relevant system functionality is explored and configured to suit the needs of internal and external stakeholders
Utilise the latest SeatGeek functionality to drive the ultimate fan experience and to make the process of purchasing tickets the easiest it can be for both online and back-office sales.
Utilise reporting functionality to support the Systems Manager and other internal stakeholders with regular reporting and analysis of system usage and efficiency
Monitor and analyse transactional sales data to identify any potential suspicious activity relating to ticket fraud and unauthorised sales on third part resale sites.
Support the Systems Manager with training and upskilling of the wider team on the utilisation of the system
Act as the main relationship holder between SeatGeek to resolve any system issues or queries with them directly, ensuring that user expectations are managed
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other internal departments to become a trusted champion within the business
To complete any other reasonable ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as defined by the Systems Manager
Person Specification
Essential
Demonstrated experience owning/ enhancing a system
Strong technical background with knowledge of integration, configuration and utilisation across multiple systems
Analytically minded, with the ability to produce and present data to a non- technical audience
Competent in working with complex systems and processes
Proficiency in using the full Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel
Intermediate HTML skills
Excellent relationship building and communication skills
Ability to work calmly in a high pressured and dynamic environment
Pragmatic, solution-focused and collaborative
Desirable
Degree in a relevant field – such as computer engineering / computer science
Proven experience and knowledge of venue sales systems, preferably within a sporting or large arena environment
