 $13/hr | Winnabow, NC | Weekends Only

At i9 Sports, we believe youth sports should be fun, safe, and supportive — without all the negativity you sometimes see in competitive leagues. As a Youth Soccer Referee, you’ll help keep the game flowing, make fair calls, and most importantly, create an awesome experience for kids and families.

What You’ll Do:

  • Referee youth soccer games (don’t worry — training is provided!)

  • Keep games safe, fair, and fun

  • Communicate with kids, coaches, and parents in a positive way

  • Help create memorable experiences for local families

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 16 years old

  • Reliable, on-time, and professional

  • Comfortable leading and communicating with kids and adults

  • Physically able to keep up with fast-paced games

  • Have reliable transportation

  • Available on Saturdays (March-May)

  • Bonus if you’ve played soccer or worked with kids before!
