The Academy Kit Assistant supports the smooth day-to-day running of the Academy by preparing, maintaining, and distributing training and match kit for players and staff.
Responsibilities
The following is a non-exhaustive list of the responsibilities of the role:
- Prepare and distribute training and match kit.
- Ensure all kit and equipment is clean, organised, and ready for use.
- Assist with stock control, kit issuing, and inventory management.
- Support academy training sessions, fixtures, and tournaments as required.
- Maintain high standards within the kit room and storage areas.
- Work closely with academy staff to meet operational needs.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- Be organised and reliable.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Be a positive team player with a flexible approach to working evenings and weekends.
- Have a Full Driving License
- Be able to work in a fast-paced football environment while maintaining high professional standards.
