Main goal
Part of the ticketing access team, the Ticketing Access Control Specialist reports to the Access Control System Manager and will follow up with access control providers on the implementation of a live interface between the UEFA ticketing database (SecuTix) and the access control infrastructure at venues.
The role is also responsible for planning, coordinating and following up on software developments, the interface set-up, tests and protocols.
Key responsibilities
- Meeting incumbent access control providers at host venues and presenting UEFA's ticketing access control approach
- Managing providers responsible for the interface development, following up on all test phases
- Coordinating and taking part in access control tests remotely and on-site
- Participating in working visits as required, conducting a full inventory of relevant access control equipment, identifying gaps and potential issues with the system in place at venues
- Helping to define the access control configuration rules
- Working closely with the ticketing venue configuration and mobile ticketing teams to prepare all access control test tickets and all operational and contingency tickets
- Defining and executing an access control test protocol
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of proven experience with access control equipment
- 1 to 3 years in international ticketing and/or the event industry
- Masters in electronic, technology or computer science
- MS Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word : Advanced
- MS Project, Tableau: Intermediate
- Advanced Project Management skills
Languages:
- Fluent in English
