The Account Executive, Ticket Salesis responsible forgenerating new revenue through the sale of season tickets, premium seating, and group ticket packages for Nashville SC. This role will have a primary focus on full season memberships and premium inventory, while also contributing to group sales and select non-soccer events at GEODIS Park (concerts, international matches, and more). The Account Executive will report directly to the Manager of Ticket Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business by selling season tickets, premium seating, and group ticket packages.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
- Execute outbound sales strategies including cold calls, prospecting, networking, and referral generation.
- Conduct a pre-determined number of weekly face-to-face meetings and outbound calls to develop new opportunities.
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience for all clients, from first touch to post-sale service.
- Develop and implement creative sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Actively contribute to a collaborative, high-energy sales team culture.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, or a related industry, 1 year of sales experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- High energy, self-motivated, and team-oriented with a passion for driving results.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce andArchticspreferred.
- Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays asrequired.
- Soccer knowledge aplus, butnotrequired.
