Within our Hospitality Sales team, we create memorable experiences for clients while supporting the commercial growth of the Club. Our focus is on thoughtful relationship building, high service standards and close collaboration across the business so we can deliver for guests and for the wider organisation.The RoleAs Business Development Manager, you will play a key part in growing Manchester City's seasonal hospitality revenue by identifying, developing and converting opportunities across inbound and outbound sales channels. The role is centred on building a healthy pipeline, nurturing relationships and turning interest into bookings that support the Club's commercial goals.
You will manage day-to-day sales activity with care and consistency, from prospecting, networking and lead generation through to accurate pipeline management and reporting. You will also host prospects on matchdays, support face-to-face meetings and bring a professional, informed approach to every customer interaction.
Success in the role will come from combining commercial instinct with strong organisation and consistent follow-through.
