What will you be doing?

Working on our busy concourse kiosks, you’ll help serve over 45,000 fans on matchdays and events, providing fast, friendly service in a high-energy environment.

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on service setting.

In this role, you will:

- Serve a range of food and drinks from concourse kiosks, including hot drinks, alcoholic beverages, pies, burgers, and snacks.
- Work behind busy counters and bar-style service areas during peak periods.
- Take orders quickly and accurately while delivering great customer service.
- Maintain a fast, efficient service during high-volume matchday demand.
- Keep your area clean, organised, and well-stocked throughout your shift.
- Support your team to ensure smooth and coordinated service.

Average shift length: approximately 6 hours.

Please be aware that this role involves the handling and serving of alcoholic beverages, as well as various food products, including pork.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for people who are:

- Friendly, approachable, and enjoy working with the public.
- Confident in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Comfortable handling food and drinks, including alcohol service.
- Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willing to learn and take on a variety of tasks.
- Experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service is beneficial but not essential.

This is a casual position, offering variable hours including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis.
