What will you be doing?

- Welcome guests and deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Carry out ticket checks, bag searches, and security wanding.
- Escort guests to boxes, suites, and tables with professionalism.
- Manage access points (doors, escalators, lifts) to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Work closely with management, stewards, and safety teams.
- Help create a safe, organised, and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for people who are:

- Experienced in front-of-house or customer-facing roles.
- Confident communicators with a calm and professional approach.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Experienced in front-of-house or customer-facing roles.
- Friendly, approachable, and take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Able to remain calm and professional in busy environments.
- Comfortable standing in one position for extended periods.

Additional Requirements

- A strict dress code applies (full uniform provided).
- Must be aged 18 or over (required for this role).

Training Requirement

This role requires you to complete a Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety (as required by the Sports Grounds Safety Authority).

- This must be completed within 12 months of your first induction training.

This is a casual position, offering variable hours including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis.
