Join our Casual Supporter Services team at Liverpool FC and play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to our global fanbase. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy engaging with people.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an assessment centre on Thursday 23rd April, which may last up to 3 hours.

To complete initial training, candidates must be available full time for a two-week period from 11th May. After training, work will be offered on a casual basis, with shifts made available depending on business demand.

What will you be doing?

- Managing inbound and outbound supporter enquiries via phone, email, web chat and face-to-face interactions.
- Resolving queries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Providing clear and accurate information, while promoting relevant Club services where appropriate.
- Completing administrative tasks and accurately recording all customer interactions.
- Adhering to Club procedures, particularly in relation to data protection and payment handling.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and represent The Club in a professional manner at all times.

Who are we looking for?

- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a contact centre or office-based environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A confident and professional approach when dealing with a diverse range of people.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
- A flexible, team-focused attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- This role is based on-site at our Anfield Stadium offices, with no remote working available. Applicants must be able to commute to Anfield Stadium for all required shifts.

This is a casual position, offering variable hours including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis.
