Position
Collaborando strettamente con il team CRM, lo/la stagista CRM & Loyalty rappresenta un supporto fondamentale per la produzione di analisi e KPI, contribuendo alle attività quotidiane e ai progetti di medio termine.
La figura sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività:
-Raccogliere dati quantitativi e qualitativi dalle campagne CRM e Digital.
-Produrre report regolari (ad esempio settimanali e mensili) e ad hoc sulle attività CRM e Loyalty.
-Supportare il team CRM nelle attività quotidiane di manutenzione di Loyalty e Salesforce.
-Supportare il team CRM nelle attività operative giornaliere.
-Supportare nella preparazione di presentazioni interne, assistendo nella creazione di analisi dei dati e presentazioni, contribuendo all’interpretazione dei dati e alla generazione di insight.
-Raccogliere requisiti per la reportistica e sviluppare dashboard.
-Raccogliere requisiti da stakeholder di un team multifunzionale per produrre i report richiesti e, talvolta, perfezionare continuamente i formati di reporting.
Requirements
Il/La candidato/a ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:
-Ottima conoscenza di MS Office (in particolare Excel e PowerPoint).
-Familiarità con software di marketing e applicazioni online (es. strumenti CRM, strumenti di analisi online).
-La conoscenza di strumenti di Data Science/linguaggi di programmazione sarà considerata un plus.
-Laurea magistrale in ambito STEM.
-Forte desiderio di apprendere e motivazione professionale.
-Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritta e orale.
