About the role
You’ll play a key role in analysing and interpreting data across our digital, commercial and fan-facing platforms. Working with stakeholders across the club, you’ll turn complex information into clear, actionable insight that supports strategic and commercial outcomes.
What you’ll do
* Gather, clean and analyse data from multiple sources including web, app, retail, ticketing, marketing and CRM
* Develop clear, accessible dashboards that support informed decision-making
* Translate data into practical insights and recommendations aligned to business objectives
* Support campaign analysis, reporting and performance tracking
* Champion data quality, accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs
What we’re looking for
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience working with large datasets and delivering insight-led reporting
* Confident use of SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis
* Experience building dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Power BI, Looker or Tableau
* High attention to detail and a structured approach to data validation
