This role plays a key part in shaping and delivering digital products that connect fans to the club and support our long-term digital strategy.
About the role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of defined web and app initiatives, ensuring work is well scoped, prioritised and delivered with clarity and pace.
What you’ll do
* Own and deliver defined digital product initiatives from discovery to launch
* Translate roadmap priorities into clear backlogs, user stories and acceptance criteria
* Act as the main product contact for delivery teams and agencies
* Remove blockers and maintain momentum across delivery
* Define success measures and use insight to inform iteration and prioritisation
What we’re looking for
* Experience delivering customer-facing digital products at scale
* Strong understanding of web and mobile app ecosystems
* Knowledge of modern product discovery and delivery practices
* Ability to manage ambiguity and make pragmatic delivery decisions
* Clear, confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
The team
You’ll be part of a collaborative product function, working closely with engineering, design, data and marketing colleagues.
