About the role
As Digital Programme Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading and coordinating complex digital transformation programmes across platforms, data and infrastructure. You’ll work closely with internal teams and delivery partners to ensure work is planned, governed and delivered effectively.
What you’ll do
* Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream digital programmes
* Translate strategy into clear, phased roadmaps and delivery plans
* Manage dependencies, risks and delivery trade-offs across teams and vendors
* Provide clear progress reporting and governance at senior level
* Support rollout, adoption and transition into business-as-usual delivery
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience leading large-scale digital or technology programmes
* Strong delivery discipline across planning, prioritisation and risk management
* Confidence working with senior stakeholders across business and technical teams
* Broad technical literacy across modern digital platforms and delivery practices
* Experience coordinating third-party partners and complex delivery environments
