About the role

To provide an effective project management, administration and communication support service to the Academy Recruitment Team, supporting the Academy Recruitment Director. The role includes complex diary management, internal and external communications, UK and European travel and expense arrangements, document management, record keeping, meetings and event administration, and budget support.

What you’ll do

* Provide full inbox and diary management for the Academy Recruitment Director, prioritising, responding and escalating communications appropriately.

* Act as the first point of contact between recruitment leadership, executives, internal colleagues and external partners.

* Manage recruitment team communications, proof-reading and sense-checking documentation in line with brand and risk procedures.

* Arrange complex UK and European travel and accommodation, managing expenses, invoices and reconciliations in line with policy.

* Prepare meeting agendas, packs, minutes and presentations for recruitment and Board-level meetings.

* Support project management activities across the recruitment function, implementing effective systems and processes.

* Maintain accurate physical and electronic filing systems and manage office administration requirements.
