These are your key tasks:
- Day-to-day office logistic coordination (office supplies, deliveries, maintenance)
- Coordination of visits, events in the Rabat Office
- Supervision of the Rabat Office badges and accesses
- Organisation of team gatherings & seminars
- Point of contact of Rabat office suppliers,
- Point of contact for other divisions for any visits and events in Rabat
- Onboarding : support the coordination of newcomers
- Induction day : support the coordination of the global MAD presentation
- Support the President & SG offices teams on any logistic matter when in the office/country
- Support to the Deputy Chief/Director of Member Associations Africa

- Good organisational and administration skills
- Service-oriented
- Detailed football knowledge and interest
- Inter-cultural competence
- Ability to network and socialise easily
- Reliable and flexible with attention to detail
- Capacity of institutional representation
- Responsive, adaptive, communicative Team Player advantage
- Willingness to travel if necessary
- Work experience in a similar role at least 3 years
- Experience in project management
- Fluent in English, French and Arabic (highly recommended) and excellent writing skills
