You'll be the ultimate strategic lead, overseeing the game's vision, financial success, and entire development lifecycle. This is a Tier 1 project with extremely high ambition, and you’ll have full profit and loss ownership. You'll play a central role in assembling a bespoke team and cultivating a supportive, high-performance culture. Experience and skills we are looking for:

You're an expert at leading big F2P projects from the earliest prototype stage all the way into highly profitable Live Operations, ensuring the brand consistency.

You have a holistic understanding of the current mobile games business—from product strategy and design to user acquisition and commercial scaling—and use it to guide the big-picture development strategy.

You possess absolute mastery of the F2P mobile landscape, preferably in football or sports games.

You have a qualified, deep expertise in football or sports allowing you to genuinely connect with the domain.

You have a proven track record of leading diverse, global teams and excel at stakeholder management, building trust-based relationships and driving collaboration across organizations.
