Position
Siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un/a Junior Graphic Designer Intern appassionato/a e motivato/a da inserire nel nostro Team Brand, che contribuisca allo sviluppo dell’identità visiva di Inter su tutte le piattaforme.
Il/La Junior Graphic Designer Intern lavorerà a stretto contatto con l’Head of Brand e con il Team Brand per la creazione di contenuti visivi e campagne in linea con l’identità del brand Inter.
Il ruolo richiede una solida conoscenza di tipografia, impaginazione, motion design e art direction.
La risorsa supporterà il Team Brand nelle seguenti attività:
• Supporto nella creazione di asset visivi per campagne digitali e stampa (social media, stadio, e-commerce, DOOH & VIK, ecc.);
• Supporto all’art direction e alla post-produzione di shooting fotografici e video;
• Garanzia della coerenza visiva su tutti i touchpoint del brand, in collaborazione con il team marketing;
• Partecipazione a sessioni di brainstorming e supporto nella traduzione delle idee in concept visivi;
• Progettazione e realizzazione di contenuti grafici statici e animati per newsletter, advertising, spazi retail ed eventi;
• Creazione di presentazioni per campagne o progetti speciali;
• Contributo all’ottimizzazione dei flussi di lavoro e all’organizzazione dei progetti;
• Aggiornamento costante sulle tendenze del design e sugli strumenti di intelligenza artificiale applicati alla creatività;
• Supporto ad altri progetti creativi o legati al brand, quando necessario.
Requirements
Il/La candidato/a ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:
• Ottima padronanza della Adobe Creative Suite — in particolare Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere e Adobe Firefly — con esperienza pratica nella creazione di asset digitali e stampa per campagne multicanale;
• Familiarità con strumenti di design basati su intelligenza artificiale e disponibilità a esplorare nuove tecnologie applicate allo storytelling visivo;
• Spiccata sensibilità visiva ed estetica, con attenzione a impaginazione, colore, tipografia e motion;
• Conoscenza di base dei principi di motion design e capacità di realizzare brevi contenuti animati per social o media digitali;
• Capacità di adattare i contenuti visivi a diversi formati e target (es. social, e-commerce, schermi dello stadio, presentazioni);
• Forte curiosità e passione per la cultura visiva, con attenzione alle tendenze emergenti del design;
• È richiesta la presentazione di un portfolio che dimostri le competenze creative e progettuali.
