Hertfordshire FA are looking to appoint an FA Club Consultant.
You could help the team to shape the future development and progression of grassroots football clubs in Hertfordshire, through The Thriving Community Club programme.
This fantastic opportunity offers the right person the chance to support the team and embed the Hertfordshire FA values of Honesty, Efficiency, Respect, Teamwork and Trust, supporting the development of grassroots clubs across the game.
This is a remote role, working closely with the Football Development Officer (Clubs & Leagues). Work will be allocated through the team with specific support required for each club.
Position: FA Club Consultant (Hertfordshire)
Contract Type: 0-hour contract, consultancy-based work.
Hours: 0-hour casual contract
Salary: £50 per hour
Based: Home based, with travel across Hertfordshire required
You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible to hold this role at Hertfordshire FA
This position reports directly to the Football Development Officer (Clubs & Leagues), supporting the delivery of the national Grassroots Football Strategy, Thriving Community Club Programme, whilst providing club development support.
The successful candidate will support England Accredited Clubs to develop club reviews and focused support on development across playing opportunities, leadership & governance, volunteer workforce, facilities and community.
It is of high importance the successful candidate can communicate clearly, provide excellent customer service, manage relationships and ensure safeguarding is of paramount consideration.
