About the role
As Lead Club Designer, you will lead and unify the club’s design vision across all teams and touchpoints, ensuring a consistent, world-class visual identity. You will bridge creative leadership, strategy and execution, guiding the design team to deliver compelling, culturally relevant work that reflects the club’s identity on and off the pitch.
What you’ll do
- Lead the club design hub, setting standards for quality, style and visual consistency.
- Manage, mentor and develop a high-performing team of designers and creatives.
- Oversee design across men’s, women’s and shared club initiatives.
- Act as design lead on matchdays, ensuring a cohesive visual experience across all channels.
- Drive the creation of campaigns, graphics, marketing, hospitality and merchandise materials.
- Develop scalable design systems, templates and workflows that improve efficiency and quality.

Working closely with the Chief Creative Officer, Art Director and wider creative teams, you will play a key role in shaping how the club is presented to supporters, partners and audiences around the world.
