Main goal

Play a key role in bringing major licensing and sponsorship projects to life alongside senior leaders, with a strong focus on high‑impact initiatives like eEURO 2026. You’ll contribute to exciting work such as centralising licensing categories, managing product approvals and shaping future partnerships for EURO 2028. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international sports commerce at scale.

Key responsibilities

- Updating the agreed action plan for the UEFA EURO 2028 licensing strategy with CAA Eleven and Fanatics (UEFA's marketing agency and official merchandising partner for national team competitions, respectively)
- Managing product approvals received from CAA Eleven and Fanatics in relation to national team football
- Liaising with national associations regarding eEURO (sharing participation agreements, digital assets, etc.)
- Coordinating eEURO social media promotional campaigns with UEFA colleagues
- Collaborating with CAA Eleven and EA Sports to plan and organise the finals

Requirements

Experience:

- Experience in licensing or in a similar administrative role would be an asset

Education:

- Bachelor's in a business-related degree

Languages:

- English: Proficient

Other requirements:

- Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected

- An interest in video games and esport would be beneficial for the role

- An interest in AI and how it could potentially drive opportunities in sponsorship and licensing would be an asset

- Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking

- Good presentation and communication skills
