Position Summary: Inter Miami CF is seeking a Manager, Licensing & Collaborations to lead the growth and expansion of the club’s licensing business through strategic partnerships, innovative product offerings, and world-class execution. This role is responsible for owning the licensing business strategy, P&L performance, and external partner relationships, with a focus on driving revenue growth, fan engagement, and brand relevance. The ideal candidate is a commercially minded leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds strong relationships, and translates market opportunity into impactful licensed products and collaborations.
Licensing Strategy & Business Ownership
• Own the end-to-end licensing business, including strategy, growth roadmap, and P&L performance.
• Define and execute plans to drive revenue growth through new licensed products, collaborations, and category expansion.
• Determine optimal product mix, pricing strategy, and quantity recommendations in partnership with Planning and Finance.
• Identify and capitalize on market trends, fan demand, and cultural moments to unlock new business opportunities.
Vendor & Partnership Management
• Lead and manage strategic relationships with licensees, vendors, and collaboration partners.
• Evaluate partner performance through reporting, data analysis, and regular business reviews.
• Drive accountability across partners to ensure commercial targets, quality standards, and timelines are met.
• Collaborate closely with league partners to unlock new opportunities, secure approvals, and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
Product & Collaboration Development
• Partner with Creative, Brand, and Merchandising teams to shape product concepts and collaboration ideas that resonate with fans.
• Guide new product development from concept through approval, ensuring alignment with brand standards and fan expectations.
• Champion innovation in licensed product offerings, balancing creativity with commercial viability.
Operational & Cross-Functional Leadership
• Serve as the primary external-facing owner of the licensing vertical while partnering internally to ensure strong execution.
• Work closely with Supply Chain and Operations to maintain inventory health and support product availability.
• Align with Marketing and Retail teams on go-to-market strategies, launches, and activations.
Ownership• Drive initiatives with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
• Operate with a data-driven mindset, using metrics and insights to inform decisions and optimize performance.
• Represent the club professionally and strategically in all partner-facing interactions.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in licensing, brand partnerships, consumer products, or a related commercial role.
• Proven track record of owning and growing a business or category with P&L responsibility.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly analytical and metrics-driven, with experience using data to drive product and business decisions.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-growth, and moments-driven sports or consumer environment.
• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative leadership style.
