Job Title: Marketing Associate, Part-Time

Job Summary
The Marketing Associate supports the execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns that engage fans and drive ticketing and revenue goals. This role helps deliver timely, personalized communications across email, SMS, app, and web while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and performance tracking.
What You’ll Do:
- Build, schedule, and deploy marketing communications across email, SMS, mobile app, and web channels.
- Support the execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive fan engagement, ticket sales, and matchday attendance.
- Assist with audience segmentation and CRM list management to deliver personalized fan messaging.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure communications are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Conduct quality assurance on campaign assets, links, and personalization fields prior to deployment.
- Collaborate with creative, content, ticketing, and digital teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and compile reports on key metrics
- Support lifecycle journeys such as fan onboarding, purchase follow-up, and re-engagement while maintaining marketing automation workflows.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- 1–2 years of marketing, communications, or related experience (internships included)
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), lead generation and nurturing, marketing automation, email marketing, and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of follow-through and quality control
- Ability to collaborate across teams including creative, ticketing, partnerships, and communications
- Ability to work nights and weekends at events and matches
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with project management tools a plus
- Passion for sports, soccer, and the FC Cincinnati brand
