This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the Club’s retail store, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of presentation, and ensuring efficient stock handling and sales processes.

Essential and Desirable
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, both independently and as part of a team, while maintaining high standards of organisation and efficiency.
- Available to work all home matchdays - weekends and evenings including bank holidays.
- Adaptability to handle a variety of situations
Ideally, Matchday Retail Assistant will:
- Previous EPOS experience
- Retail Experience

• Provide excellent and helpful customer service, assisting customers with products and purchases.
• Operate the till and process card payments accurately.
• Print names and numbers onto replica shirts, ensuring customer orders are completed correctly and to a high standard.
• Replenish stock and keep stores and displays tidy and well-presented.
• Price and label products correctly across the store.
• Support the matchday running of the store and assist with additional tasks when required
