- Provide a ‘first response’ to medical incidents occurring within the stadium and its environs.
- Be trained in and able to complete all documentation for all patients treated.
- Always have due regard to patient confidentiality.
- Aid colleagues and healthcare professionals where necessary.
- Follow all FFC Medical Team Policies and Procedures as implemented within the organisation.
- Respond to medical and associated incidents as directed by the FFC Medical Coordinator or supervisor, ensuring staff are supported, appropriate action is taken, and that information is passed to the Safety Management Team in FFC Control (Act – Inform – Escalate)
- Know the location of the First Aid Rooms located within the Stadium.
- Be fully conversant with any methods or messages used to alert staff that an emergency has arisen.

- Whilst on duty you will adhere to the Club dress code and be clean and tidy.
- An ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of staff, guests, VIPs, and spectators.
- Personal confidence, stamina, and perseverance to deal with incidents when they arise.
- Enthusiastic with a natural ability to relate to a wide range of people.
- The initiative to work independently and the ability to work in a team.

- Stay calm under pressure.
- Fit, active, not less than age 18.
- Trained in the use of an automatic Defibrillator trained.
- Trained in Manual Handling techniques.
Essential Qualifications:
HSE First Aid at Work (FAW) course (3 day)
Or
Voluntary Aid Society (Red Cross/St John) Standard First Aid Certificate
Essential Skills:
Experience of First Aid team working in a stadium or event environment.
