Position
Il/la Merchandising & Product Account sarà a supporto nella gestione del contratto Inter / Fanatics e sul prodotto Nike / Inter all’interno del team Merchandising & Product.
Sarà responsabile della gestione dei flussi approvativi relativi ai prodotti monobrand e in licenza, al fine di contribuire alla valorizzazione delle collezioni e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business dell'organizzazione e dei rispettivi partner.
Inoltre, sarà tenuto a garantire il coordinamento delle attività quotidiane con le diverse aree aziendali, assicurando l'organizzazione e l'implementazione dei processi interni finalizzati al raggiungimento degli obiettivi del business plan.
Nel dettaglio, le principali responsabilità del ruolo includono:
- Supportare il coordinamento dei processi di approvazione delle collezioni di prodotto, garantendone la corretta visibilità sugli asset aziendali in linea con le strategie commerciali definite.
- Supportare la supervisione dei piani promozionali di prodotto e contribuire alla definizione del calendario commerciale, nel rispetto del business plan.
- Garantire il monitoraggio e la corretta erogazione dei benefit contrattuali previsti dagli accordi con i partner commerciali per quanto riguarda l’area Merchandising & Product.
- Predisporre reportistica settimanale sulle vendite, fornendo analisi e insight a supporto delle decisioni strategiche.
- Fornire supporto operativo nella pianificazione dei riassortimenti per il retail e nella gestione degli ordini di prodotto destinati alle squadre e alle diverse funzioni aziendali.
- Proporre nuove iniziative a supporto dello sviluppo del business e collaborare alla gestione di progetti speciali e celebrativi.
Requirements
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente nel settore sportivo o dell'entertainment.
- Spiccate capacità di pianificazione, organizzazione e lavoro in team.
- Esperienza nel coordinamento di progetti di sviluppo e lancio prodotto.
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, con particolare focus su Excel e PowerPoint.
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione in lingua inglese, sia scritta sia verbale.

Position
