Putney Central School, nestled on a 180-acre campus in the Connecticut River Valley of southern Vermont and serving 185 students in grades PK - 8, is seeking applicants for the position of Soccer Coach for our middle school team. At PCS we strive to create a learning environment that fosters innovation, collaboration, equity, and inclusion where everyone is valued and respected, as well as a strong connection to the natural world through outdoor learning.
The successful candidate will have a proven history of an ability to work with diverse groups of students across a variety of settings. Experience coaching soccer is preferred. The coach will be responsible for planning and running daily practices after school (starting at 3:00), and coaching team games throughout the Fall season. This position reports directly to the athletic director and building principal.
