Based in New York City, this full-time, permanent role will help drive the activation and growth of Manchester City’s partnership portfolio across the Americas. You will connect global partners to the Club’s rights and assets, shape integrated campaigns that create value for fans and partners, and support the development of scalable marketing platforms that can be used across the region.

Within our Partnership Marketing and Operations team, we work across regions to bring Manchester City’s partnerships to life in ways that feel authentic, commercially effective and memorable for fans. We collaborate closely with colleagues across City Football Group to build scalable marketing platforms, create high-quality partner experiences and grow the impact of our partnership portfolio in the Americas.
The Role
This role is central to how Manchester City activates and grows its partnership portfolio across the Americas. You will help ensure partners clearly understand the value of their rights, while creating opportunities that bring those rights to life through thoughtful, integrated marketing activity.
Working closely with partners, agencies and regional offices, you will build trusted relationships and support the delivery of campaigns that reflect each partner’s brand and business goals. From educating partners on their rights to identifying new activation ideas, you will help turn strategy into practical, high-impact delivery.
You will also work across City Football Group to shape scalable platforms, align stakeholders and monitor performance so that partner activity continues to improve over time. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys collaboration, takes ownership of delivery and can move confidently between planning, activation and evaluation. Domestic and international travel may be required.
What You’ll Bring
⚽Experience in partnership marketing, sponsorship, brand marketing or a related agency or commercial environment.
⚽Proven ability to build and manage partner, brand or agency relationships with a clear understanding of business objectives.
⚽Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns or activations across multiple touchpoints.
⚽Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and balance input from a range of stakeholders.
⚽Comfortable managing projects from concept through delivery with a proactive, practical approach to problem-solving.
⚽Experience using performance insight or reporting to evaluate activity and inform future improvements.

Compensation
This exempt position offers an estimated annual base salary range of $75,000 to $85,000.
Final compensation offers are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including demonstrated skill set, depth of relevant experience and other role-specific considerations. We welcome open and transparent conversations about compensation during our initial discussions.
