Be part of something bigger. Create bold, innovative designs that bring world-class partnerships to life and connect millions of supporters with the Club they love.

We are the heartbeat of the city. A club with bold ambitions on a global stage and deep roots in our community. If you’re driven to raise the bar and make an impact, you’ll find the platform, the people and the pride to do your best work here.

This is a great opportunity to develop, learn and make a real contribution in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

About the role

As Partnerships Designer, you will deliver high-quality creative work across the Club's partnerships, sponsorships and co-branded campaigns, ensuring every activation is visually compelling, on-brand and culturally relevant. You'll bring strategic partnership briefs to life through exceptional design that strengthens engagement, enhances supporter experience and delivers commercial impact.

Reporting to the Lead Partnership Designer, you'll play a key role in ensuring partnership creative is held to the same high standards as the Club's own brand work. Through thoughtful, high-quality design, you'll help create authentic experiences that connect supporters with both the Club and its partners

What you’ll do

* Create high-quality design assets for partner campaigns, co-branded activations, matchday sponsorships, merchandise, and digital and social content.

* Translate strategic briefs into compelling creative work that meets both Club standards and partner requirements.

* Support the Art Director with concept development, visual storytelling and creative ideas for larger partnership campaigns.

* Take ownership of the design craft across co-branded assets, ensuring partner creative feels integrated with the Club's identity.

* Maintain high standards of creative execution, accuracy and attention to detail across all outputs.

* Develop innovative creative ideas that bring Club and partner brands together in meaningful and engaging ways.

* Collaborate with production teams, agencies and external suppliers to maintain creative quality through to final delivery.

* Stay connected to developments in sport, entertainment, lifestyle and design to inform and enhance creative work

The team

You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive and dedicated team who will help you settle in and succeed. We value curiosity, teamwork and a positive approach
