About the role
You’ll be responsible for improving live digital journeys across web, app and ecommerce. Through experimentation, insight and collaboration, you’ll help ensure digital experiences are engaging, accessible and effective.
What you’ll do
* Optimise live digital journeys to improve engagement, usability and progression
* Identify friction points using behavioural data, analytics and user feedback
* Plan and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation initiatives
* Define hypotheses, success metrics and guardrails for optimisation activity
* Share learning and insight to inform wider product and experience decisions
What we’re looking for
* Experience mapping and optimising end-to-end digital user journeys
* Hands-on experience running and interpreting A/B or multivariate tests
* Strong understanding of analytics, experimentation and insight-led optimisation
* Ability to balance performance outcomes with long-term experience quality
* Confident stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
