Support the recruitment team in ensuring accurate and detail-oriented management of recruitment data, systems, and reporting tools, including spreadsheets, dynamic tables, and presentation materials that support hiring decisions, while attracting the best talents aligned with FWWC2027 values, conducting resume analysis and candidate screening.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Management, Reporting & Analysis: Accurately input, update and maintain recruitment data across various systems and spreadsheets, ensuring precision and consistency;Build and maintain dynamic/pivot tables to organize and cross-reference recruitment data;Analyze recruitment reports and metrics, critically reviewing data to identify inconsistencies, trends and insights that support decision-making;Prepare clear and well-structured PowerPoint presentations to communicate recruitment data and updates to stakeholders;Update and standardize templates across systems;
- Manage recruitment systems, tools and templates with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, maintaining up-to-date records of all recruitment information in alignment with internal stakeholders; hiring managers, workforce planning, onboarding and payroll;
- Analyze resumes, screen and shortlist candidates against role requirements, supporting the recruitment team throughout the end-to-end hiring process; sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer support and onboarding;
- Provide support to functional areas and hiring managers about recruitment policies and procedures, clarifying recruitment processes, tools and workforce plan;
- Support employer branding actions, raising awareness about FWWC2027 and maximizing candidates' access to job advertisements;
- Comply with all FIFA and FWWC2027 hiring and recruitment policies and procedures and local legislation.
- Bachelor's degree completed or on going in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field;
- Previous experience in recruitment processes, such as resume screening and candidate assessment, is a plus;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with spreadsheets and data entry; does not need to be an advanced Excel user, but must be highly reliable;
- Good working knowledge of HR/recruitment systems and applicant tracking systems;
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including building and interpreting pivot tables;
- Ability to prepare clear, well-organized PowerPoint presentations;
- Analytical mindset, able to review and critically assess data to support decision-making;
- Familiarity with employee administration and compliance requirements;
- Proactive and organized, able to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations;
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
- Technology: Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is desirable; prior exposure to HR systems and online collaboration tools will be considered a plus;
- Right to work in Brazil;
- Fluent in English (spoken and written);
- Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written);
- Ability to re-locate to Rio de Janeiro.
