What is the role?
We are seeking a reliable and professional Night Security Officer to join our dedicated team. Working primarily alone, you will be responsible for securing the stadium, conducting regular patrols, monitoring CCTV systems, and managing access control. You will act as the first point of response for any incidents or emergencies overnight, maintaining a calm, proactive, and professional approach at all times.
What will you be doing?
As a Night Security Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of St Mary’s Stadium outside of operational hours. You’ll safeguard the site, respond to incidents, and ensure our facilities remain secure through the night.
Key Responsibilities
Is this you?
You’ll have previous experience in site or event security and hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence. You’ll be comfortable working independently, demonstrating initiative, professionalism, and reliability at all times. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, as you’ll represent the club to staff, visitors, and contractors during out-of-hours operations.
