About the role
As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff, preventing theft and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will play an important role in protecting Club assets, supporting operational compliance and creating a positive experience for customers and visitor
What you’ll do
- Monitor the premises to prevent theft, vandalism and other criminal activities.
- Conduct regular patrols of the store to ensure safety and security
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies and alarms.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and security-related issues.
- Work closely with store management and local law enforcement where required.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and Club policies
