These are your key tasks:

- Handling procedures before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), including drafting of legal briefs, letters and other communications.
- Representing FIFA at CAS hearings.
- Providing the Head and Director of Litigation with necessary support for the daily operations of the department.
- Researching and analysing relevant developments in the arbitration scene and identifying and suggesting necessary amendments to current practices or to FIFA regulations.
- Lecturing in courses and other education programmes organized by the FIFA Legal & Compliance Division.

- BSc degree in Law or J.D. degree.
- Master’s Degree in International Sports Law is an asset.
- Admission to practice law (Bar) for at least 5 years.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in international sports arbitration.
- Fluent in English and either Spanish or French.
- Proficient in Word / PowerPoint / Excel.
- If instructed to do so by his/her superior, the employee shall undertake reasonable additional tasks and individual requests, when necessary, either for operational reasons or as part of his/her position.
