About the role
As Stadium Tours Manager, you will lead the development, commercial growth and day-to-day operation of Newcastle United Stadium Tours. You will be responsible for increasing visitor numbers, revenue and customer satisfaction, developing new visitor experiences, enhancing the customer journey and ensuring every visitor receives an engaging and authentic Newcastle United experience. You will also lead 2 Team Leaders and approximately 30 Tour Guides while supporting the development of the Club’s heritage, memorabilia displays and archive.
What you’ll do
- Lead the commercial growth and performance of Stadium Tours, driving visitor numbers, revenue and profitability.
- Develop and implement new tour products, seasonal experiences and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Create and continually improve the end-to-end visitor experience from booking through to post-visit engagement.
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team of Team Leaders and Tour Guides.
- Work with internal and external partners to maximise sales, awareness and visitor growth.
- Oversee the safe, efficient and high-quality day-to-day operation of Stadium Tours.
- Develop Newcastle United’s heritage offering through archives, memorabilia displays and engaging storytelling.
