Reporting organizationally to the Venue Transport Manager, the Venue Transport Supervisor will be a key member of the FIFA26 Event Transport team, and work in close collaboration with FIFA26 Operational Services Team and other key individuals responsible for delivering Transport Operations at the FIFA World Cup 2026 stadiums.

The main responsibilities and oversights of the Venue Transport Supervisor for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:

- Work closely with existing Stadium teams to coordinate FIFA Constituent Group transport provisions and access to/from stadium and venues
- Work closely with the Security team to ensure transport plans are coordinated with the appropriate security provisions
- Liaise with bus operations staff and fleet operations staff during operational period to ensure a successful transportation operation
- Work with chosen suppliers/contractors within the various parking/traffic management/load zone locations
- Management of transport information desks
- Training and supervising volunteers and contractors
- Responsible for management of VAPP boards and transport load zones at each venue
- Responsible for placement, control and storage of transport related FF&E

Education & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Transport, Civil Engineering, Project management, Event Management, Major Sport events or a combination of education and experience relating to position.

Work Experience

- For the FIFA26 Pitch-In Program the Venue Transport Team is open to partnering with diverse candidates across FIFA26 regardless of Education and Work Experience. The Venue Transport Managers will build a robust training and onboarding program. If candidates have a OneTeam spirit and willingness to learn, they will be a great fit on this team.
- 2 years’ work experience: ideally within the football, sport, or event industry.
- Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from support staff, managers, and clients.
- Must be motivated, capable of working independently, and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Willingness to learn transit operations involved in moving Client Groups by vehicles, including city layout.

Languages

- Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus

Technology

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
