About the Role:

Nottingham Forest FC is seeking a creative and dynamic social and digital media specialist manager to work with the Forest Women team to grow our women’s channels and drive the women’s team marketing goals.

You’ll be responsible for managing the Forest Women channels day-to-day. You’ll work closely with our wider marketing and content team to ideate, produce and publish social content that showcases the team personality, engages our current fan base and brings in new audiences.

You’ll create a strong relationship with the women’s operations and technical team on logistics as well as alignment on output and tone.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day ownership of all Forest Women channels
- Own the women’s social growth strategy – maximising channels with highest return for the women’s game
- Deliver and adhere to league requirements and content usage
- Building relationships with the players to help grow their channels and giving them the tools to be their own content creators
- Attend all women’s matchdays to cover the team
- Co-ordinate photographers and videographers as well as social content capture around training and matchdays
- Generate creative ideas that highlight player personalities, behind-the-scenes moments, and unique aspects of the club
- Work closely with the rest of the content team to help coordinate and produce bespoke shoots and content with the women’s team
- Work closely with club marketing to support ticket sales and other club campaigns
- Be an internal champion of women’s football – pushing how we do more with the women’s team

What are we looking for:

- Proven experience running social channels, ideally in a sports, entertainment, or media setting
- Experience using a CMS to publish web content
- Strong understanding of social trends, best practices, and platform behaviours
- Proficient in mobile editing apps
- Confident filming in different environments and capturing engaging footage quickly
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high creative standards
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
