Position

L’Hospitality Operation Intern supporterà la Hospitality Operation Coordinator nelle attività operative legate alla gestione di ospiti, VIP, partner e clienti premium che accedono alle aree Hospitality dello Stadio Giuseppe Meazza di Milano durante gli eventi e tutte le partite casalinghe del Club.

La figura selezionata contribuirà attivamente alle seguenti attività, a supporto dell’organizzazione e della gestione dell’esperienza Hospitality:

-Supportare la pianificazione e l’organizzazione delle aree Hospitality e di tutte le attivazioni all’interno delle sale;

-Raccogliere le richieste provenienti dai vari dipartimenti interni;

-Collaborare alla preparazione di liste ospiti, badge, accrediti e materiali legati al match-day;

-Supportare il team nelle fasi di allestimento e disallestimento delle aree;

-Assistere nella gestione operativa degli ospiti durante il match-day (accoglienza, problem solving, supporto al team);

-Relazionarsi con fornitori esterni (catering, accoglienza), sotto la supervisione del responsabile;

-Contribuire al monitoraggio degli standard di servizio e alla raccolta dei feedback post-evento;

-Supportare la redazione di report operativi e la definizione di proposte di miglioramento dell’esperienza ospite;

-Eseguire attività di back office, tra cui richieste di acquisto, archiviazione documentale e gestione dei database.

Requirements

-Neo-laureato/a preferibilmente con master in hospitality/event/sport management;

-Precisione, affidabilità e capacità organizzative;

-Flessibilità e disponibilità a lavorare durante eventi serali e nel weekend;

-Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

-Conoscenza della lingua inglese (gradita la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera);

-Passione per il mondo dello sport e interesse per l’ambito eventi/hospitality;

-Forte orientamento al cliente e ottime doti relazionali.
