Position

In qualità di Procurement & Logistics Intern la risorsa supporterà il Dipartimento Procurement & Logistics nella gestione operativa dei processi di acquisto, amministrazione fornitori e logistica, garantendo l'accuratezza dei dati, il corretto monitoraggio degli ordini e l'efficienza dei flussi documentali.

ll ruolo offre l'opportunità di acquisire una conoscenza completa dei processi di Procurement, Supply Chain e Logistics attraverso un coinvolgimento diretto nelle attività quotidiane della funzione.

La risorsa supporterà il team nelle seguenti aree e attività:

AREA ACQUISTI MERCHANDISE

Gestione RDA / ODA / ODV

·Supporto nella creazione e gestione delle richieste e ordini di acquisto (RDA-ODA)

·Emissione, verifica e aggiornamento degli ordini di vendita (ODV)

Gestione Anagrafiche Prodotto

·Creazione e aggiornamento delle anagrafiche prodotto a sistema

·Supporto al mantenimento della qualità dei dati master

·Controllo della coerenza tra anagrafiche e documentazione commerciale

AREA FORNITORI

Gestione Portale anagrafiche e qualifica fornitori

·Verifica della documentazione richiesta per la registrazione

·Monitoraggio delle richieste aperte sul portale

·Aggiornamento delle informazioni presenti nei sistemi dedicati

·Creazione e manutenzione delle anagrafiche fornitori con verifica completezza documentale

·Supporto alle attività di qualifica e valutazione fornitori

·Monitoraggio delle scadenze documentali e delle certificazioni

AREA ACQUISTI

Gestione Ordini, Reportistica e Analisi dati

· Invio degli ordini ai fornitori

· Aggiornamento report acquisti periodici

· Supporto nell'elaborazione KPI di funzione

· Predisposizione di report Excel e dashboard operative

· Supporto alle attività di controllo e monitoraggio performance

AREA LOGISTICA

Gestione ODT (Documenti di Trasferimento)

· Verifica e archiviazione degli ODT

· Controllo della corrispondenza tra ODT, ordini e merce ricevuta

· Supporto nella gestione delle anomalie documentali

Supporto operativo logistico

· Supporto alla pianificazione delle consegne

· Monitoraggio delle tempistiche di ricezione merce KPI

Requirements

KPI

· Accuratezza e aggiornamento delle anagrafiche prodotto e fornitore

· Tempestività nella gestione di RDA, ODA e ODV

· Completezza della documentazione fornitori

· Aggiornamento puntuale della reportistica di funzione

· Monitoraggio delle consegne e dei flussi logistici

· Qualità e affidabilità dei dati inseriti nei sistemi aziendali

Il/La candidato/a ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:

· Laurea triennale o magistrale, conseguita o in corso di conseguimento, in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale, Supply Chain Management o discipline affini

· Interesse per i processi di Procurement, Purchasing, Logistics e Supply Chain

· Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office

· Familiarità con sistemi ERP aziendali; la conoscenza di Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central costituisce un plus

· Capacità di analisi e gestione dei dati
