Position

La risorsa avrà il compito di supportare il Partnership Sales Director e il team commerciale nella definizione ed esecuzione di un approccio commerciale basato sui dati, con un focus principale su analisi di mercato, individuazione delle categorie target e generazione di lead.

Il ruolo è responsabile dell’identificazione di nuove opportunità di partnership, della generazione di lead qualificati e del supporto al team vendite attraverso insight, targeting strategico e attività iniziali di contatto.

Il/la candidato/a sarà responsabile della gestione del funnel di lead generation per le partnership, coordinando le attività interne di generazione lead con quelle delle agenzie esterne.

In questo ruolo la figura si occuperà di:

- Analizzare le categorie di mercato, i settori industriali e i trend globali delle sponsorizzazioni per identificare opportunità commerciali ad alto potenziale;
- Definire e aggiornare continuamente le categorie target e i settori prioritari in linea con la strategia commerciale del club;
- Creare e mantenere liste strutturate di aziende e brand target nei mercati internazionali;
- Mappare i principali decision maker all’interno delle organizzazioni target (CMO, Direttori Marketing, Responsabili Sponsorizzazioni);
- Eseguire le prime attività di contatto (email, LinkedIn, networking) per avviare relazioni con potenziali partner;
- Qualificare i lead in base a coerenza strategica, potenziale commerciale e tempistiche;
- Raccogliere e strutturare feedback dalle interazioni iniziali per valutare il livello di interesse;
- Condividere e presentare le opportunità qualificate al Partnership Sales Director, che assegnerà i lead al team commerciale;
- Mantenere e aggiornare i sistemi CRM, garantendo accuratezza dei dati e visibilità della pipeline;
- Supportare il team vendite con ricerche, insight e informazioni di contesto personalizzate per le presentazioni;
- Monitorare i competitor e analizzare le best practice di club e realtà sportive di alto livello;
- Identificare settori emergenti e nuovi trend di sponsorizzazione per generare opportunità in modo proattivo.

Requirements

Il/La candidato/a ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:

- 1-2 anni di esperienza in ambito strategia, business development, marketing o ruoli legati alle sponsorizzazioni;
- Forte interesse per il business sportivo, le sponsorizzazioni e le partnership commerciali;
- Mentalità analitica con capacità di interpretare trend di mercato e dati commerciali;
- Esperienza in lead generation, ricerche di mercato o analisi commerciale;
- Spiccate capacità organizzative e di gestione dei dati (l’esperienza con CRM è un plus);
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale;
- Proattività, curiosità e orientamento commerciale;
- Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e internazionale;
- Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese business (la conoscenza di altre lingue è un plus).
