Position

Il/la Revenue Strategy Intern, all’interno del team, sarà coinvolto/a nelle seguenti attività:

- Partecipare alla pianificazione e allo sviluppo creativo di proposte strategiche per prospect e partner, dall’ideazione fino alla presentazione finale;
- Prendere parte a sessioni di brainstorming, contribuendo a raccogliere spunti e stimolare nuove idee;
- Collaborare alla definizione di narrazioni di partnership originali e alla creazione di concept innovativi e di grande impatto;
- Supportare la realizzazione di proposte graficamente efficaci e memorabili;
- Analizzare dati, insight e informazioni utili per la costruzione di proposte solide e ben documentate;
- Contribuire alla creazione e allo sviluppo di progetti strategici del team e del dipartimento;
- Supportare la definizione delle priorità e il monitoraggio dell’avanzamento dei progetti, garantendone la consegna entro scadenze sfidanti;
- Collaborare alla valutazione delle attivazioni di partnership e alla misurazione delle loro performance;
- Sviluppare iniziative per mantenere il dipartimento costantemente aggiornato e ispirato rispetto alle nuove tendenze di marketing, favorendo la comprensione della loro rilevanza e applicazione per prospect e partner.

Requirements

La risorsa ideale, da inserire con contratto di stage, presenta i seguenti requisiti:

- Capacità di utilizzo di Adobe Photoshop (obbligatorio), PowerPoint o Keynote (obbligatorio); conoscenza di After Effects e Illustrator considerata un plus;
- Pregressa esperienza nell’ambito dello sports marketing e/o dello sviluppo di partnership commerciali costituisce un plus;
- Capacità comprovata nello sviluppo di proposte creative, strutturate professionalmente e ben presentate, oltre che di materiali di supporto alla vendita;
- Solida conoscenza e comprensione del panorama commerciale del calcio, dello sport e dell’intrattenimento;
- Conoscenza e comprensione delle principali competenze e principi di marketing;
- Creatività, visione innovativa e capacità di stimolare l’ispirazione negli altri;
- Abilità comprovata nella gestione di un carico di progetti diversificato in un contesto dinamico e nella relazione con stakeholder di livello senior;
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e relazione interpersonale con stakeholder interni ed esterni;
- Conoscenza degli strumenti di generazione di immagini tramite AI (es. Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly o equivalenti) e capacità di utilizzo a supporto di concept creativi, presentazioni commerciali e materiali di marketing;
- Competenze di prompting: capacità di scrivere prompt efficaci e strutturati per tradurre brief strategici e creativi in output visivi coerenti con il brand, ottimizzando stile, tone of voice e obiettivi di comunicazione.
