The Stadium Entertainment Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of all in-stadium entertainment activations across all assigned venues of the FIFA Women's World Cup 2027™.
Reporting to the Head of Entertainment and supporting the Stadium Entertainment Senior Manager, this role ensures that all entertainment elements — including pre‑match programming, music, audio‑visual content, half‑time activations, and fan engagement moments — are delivered to the highest standard. The role supports and coordinates the implementation of the Stadium Entertainment operational delivery across the entire FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™, in accordance with the Stadium Entertainment Concept developed by FIFA.
Working closely with venue teams, technical suppliers, and the broader Entertainment department, the Stadium Entertainment Manager will act as the primary entertainment point of contact for their assigned venue(s), managing operational workflows, coordinating suppliers, and overseeing delivery timelines from a central coordination function. This role works in close collaboration with the on-site venue entertainment teams, providing the planning structure, content, and operational direction required for seamless execution on match days.
The Stadium Entertainment Manager is an office-based coordination role suited to an experienced live events professional with strong project management skills, who can drive high-quality entertainment delivery across multiple venues through effective planning, clear communication, and proactive stakeholder management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Stadium Entertainment Delivery
· Manage the day-to-day planning and delivery of all entertainment activations at assigned venue(s).
· Execute the FIFA-approved Entertainment Concept at venue level, maintaining quality and consistency throughout the tournament.
· Coordinate all entertainment elements on match days, including pre-match shows, half-time activations, music programming and AV content.
· Act as the primary on-site entertainment point of contact for venue management, technical crews, and Functional Area partners
Team Support
· Support the Stadium Entertainment Team by contributing to day‑to‑day coordination, operational readiness, and delivery standards across all entertainment activities.
· Assist with the onboarding and support of Stadium Entertainment personnel—including full‑time staff, freelancers, and event‑time workforce—helping ensure consistent standards and operational preparedness.
· Contribute to internal talent development through daily guidance, structured feedback, and knowledge sharing within the entertainment workstream.
· Support effective collaboration across creative, technical, and operational units involved in stadium entertainment delivery.
· Contribute to coordination between venue‑based entertainment teams to maintain consistency in delivery standards and operational execution across all stadiums.
· Foster strong teamwork, knowledge exchange, and operational alignment with the Ceremonies Team to ensure unified delivery across entertainment and ceremonial workstreams.
Technical & Production Coordination
· Liaise with technical suppliers including AV, LED, sound, and lighting providers to ensure correct installation and operation of all entertainment infrastructure.
· Support pre-event technical surveys, production walkthroughs, and infrastructure assessments at assigned venues.
· Coordinate rehearsals and technical run-throughs, ensuring all entertainment elements are tested and validated before match day.
· Manage show rundowns, cue sheets, and entertainment schedules for each match at assigned venue(s).
Venue Readiness & Execution
· Support the preparation of Site Operational Plans (SOPs), stadium production schedules, and PMC rundowns for Stadium Entertainment.
· Assist in preproduction processes, including coordinating technical surveys, gathering stadium LED screen specs, AV infrastructure reviews, and supplier installation planning.
· Contribute to readiness activities and provide on‑site support during live operations to ensure delivery standards are met.
· Support problem solving during matchday entertainment, escalating issues to the Senior Manager as needed.
· Coordinate rehearsal planning, scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication in alignment with Senior Manager guidance.
· Support the validation of entertainment elements during pre‑event testing and rehearsal phases.
· Assist with venue‑level pre‑production tasks, including gathering technical information, supporting infrastructure assessments, and coordinating installation planning.
Content Production & Management
· Coordinate the receipt, testing, and deployment of all entertainment content at venue level, including music, video, graphics, and scripts.
· Ensure that all content is approved, correctly formatted, and delivered on time in line with operational deadlines.
· Maintain accurate records of content usage and ensure IP/copyright compliance at venue level.
Planning Scheduling & Documentation
· Prepare match-day reports, schedules, show notes and post-event summaries for the Stadium Entertainment Senior Manager.
· Maintain up-to-date operational documentation including rundowns, contact lists, and venue entertainment plans.
· Participate in regular team meetings, briefings, and review sessions.
· Flag operational risks and escalate issues to the Stadium Entertainment Senior Manager in a timely manner.
Supplier & Budget Management
· Support procurement processes as directed by the Stadium Entertainment Senior Manager, including supplier briefing and evaluation.
· Manage day-to-day relationships with entertainment suppliers and contractors at assigned venue(s).
· Assist with budget management tasks, including forecasting inputs, cost‑tracking, variation documentation, and invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timely follow‑up.
· Help monitor contractual deliverables and timelines, ensuring they remain aligned with pre‑production schedules and operational readiness requirements, and escalate risks to the Senior Manager as needed.
Stakeholder & Functional Area Liaison
· Coordinate with Venue Operations, Broadcast, Protocol, Safety, and other Functional Areas and stakeholders to integrate entertainment seamlessly into match-day operations.
· Support early‑phase cross‑functional integration to support seamless operational delivery.
Other Duties
· Perform additional responsibilities as required by line management aligned with project delivery.
· Support the Head of Entertainment and Senior Stadium Entertainment Manager in planning, operational readiness, and tournament‑wide entertainment integration.
· Support cross-venue entertainment activities and cover other venues as required during the tournament.
Education:
· Bachelor's degree or similar level of higher education or equivalent in industry experience.
Experience
· 5+ years' experience in live event production and ceremonies management, ideally within major international sporting events or large-scale public events.
· Demonstrated experience delivering in-venue or stadium entertainment programmes, including AV, music and audience engagement activations.
· Experience working within large-scale multi-venue events or major international sporting events is highly desirable.
· Track record of coordinating multiple suppliers and technical teams in high-pressure, time-critical environments.
· Experience working with broadcast operations and an understanding of live TV production constraints is an advantage.

Certifications & Requirements
· Fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese.
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning/collaboration tools.
· Experience of Monday.com an advantage.
· Knowledge of and previous event / tournament experience across the stadiums in Brazil a plus
· The right to work in Brazil.
· Ability to re-locate to Rio de Janeiro.
