Position
La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di supportare e gestire le attività operative e organizzative legate al canale retail, garantendo la corretta gestione dei flussi di prodotto, delle anagrafiche e delle attività in store, oltre a coordinare eventi e supervisionare il flusso di approvvigionamento dei materiali aziendali.
Principali responsabilità
1. Gestione flusso RDA (Richieste d’Acquisto)
- Creazione e inserimento delle Richieste di Acquisto (RDA) a sistema
- Monitoraggio e controllo dello stato di avanzamento delle RDA
- Coordinamento con uffici interni (acquisti, amministrazione, logistica, magazzino e marketing) per garantire le tempistiche commerciali della messa in vendita dei prodotti
2. Gestione anagrafiche prodotto
- Inserimento e aggiornamento delle anagrafiche prodotto all’interno dei sistemi aziendali (codici, descrizioni, prezzi, attributi)
- Supporto nella gestione dei listini e aggiornamenti prodotto entro le tempistiche concordate con i partner commerciale
3. Coordinamento eventi in store
- Pianificazione operativa degli eventi e attivazioni presso i punti vendita
- Coordinamento con fornitori e stakeholder interni ed esterni
- Monitoraggio dell’esecuzione e supporto durante lo svolgimento
- Raccolta feedback e reportistica post-evento
4. Gestione showroom e approvvigionamenti interni
- Organizzazione e rotazione dei prodotti presenti nello showroom aziendale
- Gestione dell’approvvigionamento prodotti per le diverse aree aziendali e posizionamento prodotti per i vari momenti di visibilità in base alle esigenze commerciali (es. marketing, sales, eventi, prima squadra)
- Collaborazione con logistica e magazzino per garantire flussi efficienti
KPI
- Aggiornamenti prodotto e listini completati entro le scadenze di go to market concordate con i partner
- Livello di soddisfazione degli stakeholder interni sui servizi di coordinamento e supporto degli eventi a retail.
- Accuratezza e aggiornamento dell’esposizione dello showroom
- Aggiornamento puntuale della reportistica e dei documenti di supporto alle attività retail.
Requirements
Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:
- Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese
- Laurea Triennale in materie gestionali o management
Hard skills
- Ottima conoscenza di Excel
- Buona conoscenza dei processi di gestione ordini e prodotti
- Familiarità con sistemi gestionali (ERP, CRM o simili)
Soft skills
- Precisionee attenzione al dettaglio
- Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione delle priorità
- Buone capacità relazionali e di coordinamento
- Flessibilità e proattività
